Alpha Medical Lab is seeking a qualified, responsible, and motivated Medical Lab Technologist to join our laboratory team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, receive, label, and process patient samples accurately.
• Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests according to established procedures.
• Operate, clean, and maintain laboratory equipment properly.
• Ensure accurate testing, documentation, and reporting of laboratory results.
• Follow laboratory safety, infection-control, and quality-control procedures.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and professional standards at all times.
• Identify and report any abnormal or questionable test results according to laboratory protocols.
• Maintain proper records of samples, tests, and results.
• Work effectively with doctors, nurses, and other laboratory staff.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field.
• Previous experience in a medical laboratory is preferred.
• Good knowledge of hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, and clinical laboratory procedures.
• Ability to collect, handle, process, and test patient samples accurately.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment and proper maintenance procedures.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory safety and quality-control standards.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in laboratory testing and reporting.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and professional ethics.
• Responsible, punctual, hardworking, and willing to work as part of a team.
