1.     Manage and develop all factory social media platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Telegram, X/Twitter, and other relevant channels.

2.     Develop and implement structured plans to enhance the factory’s positive image and public relations.

3.     Disseminate information about the factory’s products, activities, and achievements.

4.     Perform all related duties and responsibilities of the factory under the guidance of authorized officials.

5.     Develop a structured content calendar for social media platforms.

6.     Prepare and edit texts, images, videos, and other media materials.

7.     Capture photographs and videos of the factory’s activities, events, and achievements.

8.     Maintain active engagement with followers/visitors and respond to comments and messages.

9.     Develop special plans for events, occasions, and programs.

10.  Develop strategies to increase the number of social media followers and audiences.

11.  Analyze and improve activities based on content reach and engagement performance.

12.  Design campaigns and programs to promote the growth of the factory’s brand.

13.  Monitor media trends and new platforms and apply relevant updates.

14.  Provide regular monthly and quarterly reports on social media activities.

15.  Analyze activity results and feedback and share them with senior officials

16.  Ensure compliance with the instructions and directives of factory management and executive authorities regarding all media and communication activities.

·       Education Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Information Technology, or other relevant fields is required. Candidates with a Master’s degree will be given preference.

·       Work Experience: Typically, 5–10 years of experience in media-related fields with reputable for-profit and non-profit organizations.

·       Full proficiency in the effective use of information technology, particularly in hardware, software, and other related areas relevant to the department’s activities.

·       Languages: Full proficiency in Pashto, Dari, and English.
