Position Summary 

The sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, generating leads, and developing strong customer relationships. The role combines outdoor sales activities with marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and sales. 

Key Responsibilities 

1.       Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers. 

2.       Conduct customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations. 

3.       Achieve sales and marketing targets. 

4.       Build and maintain strong customer relationships. 

5.       Execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities. 

6.       Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. 

7.       Generate leads and convert prospects into customers. 

8.       Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and marketing reports. 

9.       Travel as required for business development activities. 

1       Build Sales and marketing plan daily, weekly and monthly to achieve the target.

1.       High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 

2.        Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development. 

3.       Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 

4.       Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 

5.       Fluency in Dari and Pashto; English proficiency is advantage. 

6.       Ability to work independently and under difficult market competition.
