Sales & Social Media Officer (1 Female & 1 Male )

We are a newly established retail store located in Pol-e Surkh, Kabul, Afghanistan, specializing in high-quality skincare products and perfumes. The store is currently in the preparation stage and is expected to commence full operations within approximately one month, providing customers with a range of skincare and fragrance products in a professional and customer-friendly environment.

As part of our upcoming operations, we are looking to recruit one male and one female Sales Officer to join our team. The selected staff will play an important role in serving customers, promoting products, supporting sales activities, and contributing to the successful establishment and growth of the store.

* Welcome and assist customers professionally. 
• Explain product features, prices, usage, and benefits.
• Recommend suitable skincare and perfume products to customers.
• Learn and maintain good knowledge of all store products.
• Create short videos, photos, reels, and promotional posts of products.
• Manage and support content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
• Support daily sales, product display, and promotional activities.
• Maintain a clean and professional store environment.
• Work cooperatively with other team members.

✅ Fluent in Pashto & Dari
✅ English is an advantage
✅ Sales/customer service skills
✅ Knowledge of skincare & perfumes is an advantage
✅ Able to use Facebook, Instagram & TikTok
✅ Able to create simple product videos, reels & posts
✅ Willing to learn new products through on-the-job training
✅ Friendly, honest, punctual & well-presented
