Unparalleled Community Mobilization and Local Networks: Through our unique Environmental Volunteer Network (EVN), EPTDO maintains an active grassroots presence consisting of over 1,500 registered male and female volunteers across the country. This extensive community network gives EPTDO an unmatched advantage in navigating complex local socio-political environments, building local trust, and executing transparent beneficiary selections.

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Social Mobilizer to engage with communities, promote awareness, and facilitate participation in our programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building trust within communities, identifying needs, and encouraging community members to actively participate in development activities and services.

·       Conduct community outreach to identify and engage target populations.

·       Facilitate communication between program staff and community members.

·       Promote awareness of program objectives, services, and benefits.

·       Organize and lead community meetings, workshops, and awareness campaigns.

·       Gather feedback from community members regarding their needs and concerns.

·       Assist in mobilizing community participation in project activities and events.

·       Build and maintain good relationships with local leaders, organizations, and stakeholders.

·       Identify and address barriers to participation and develop strategies to overcome them.

·       Maintain accurate records of community activities, attendance, and feedback.

·       Contribute to monitoring and evaluation activities by collecting relevant data.

·       Ensure compliance with organizational policies and ethical standards.

·       Provide weekly and monthly report to executive director.

·       Any other tasks assigned to him by senior management.
