As our company continues to expand its real estate and construction projects, we are seeking a creative, skilled, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team and contribute to our branding, marketing, digital media, project presentations, and corporate communications.

Position Overview

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing high-quality visual content for Attaie Properties and its projects across print and digital platforms.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of graphic design principles, visual communication, branding, typography, layout, and digital media, with the ability to transform marketing objectives and business requirements into professional and engaging visual materials.

The candidate should be proficient in industry-standard design software and have a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical ability, consistency, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

1. Graphic Design & Visual Content

• Develop creative graphics, illustrations, layouts, and visual materials for print and digital media.
• Design marketing and promotional materials including:
• Social media posts and campaigns
• Banners and advertisements
• Flyers and brochures
• Business cards
• Posters
• Invitations
• Billboards
• Project presentations
• Property marketing materials
• Company profiles
• Certificates and corporate documents
• Create visually compelling materials for real estate and construction projects.
• Develop presentation materials for property launches, exhibitions, events, and promotional campaigns.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• Demonstrated professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant design projects.
• Strong understanding of:
• Graphic design principles
• Typography
• Color theory
• Composition
• Layout
• Visual hierarchy
• Branding and corporate identity
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking.
• Ability to understand and follow brand guidelines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Required Software Skills

The candidate must have strong practical knowledge of the following:

• Adobe Photoshop

Preferred Experience

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Real estate marketing
• Construction and architectural companies

• Architectural visualization and presentation design
• Event and exhibition design

Experience in real estate or construction-related visual communication will be considered a strong advantage.
