* Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

* Relevant work and management experience.

* Strong knowledge of Computer Science and IT.

* Proficiency in Dari and Pashto; English is an advantage.

* Familiarity with online learning systems (LMS).

* Strong leadership and communication skills.
