ASLO is registered with Ministry of Economy of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. The organization was informally established in 2012 and was officially registered with the ministry of economy of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in 2013.  Registration number (2852) was awarded to ASLO through NGOs Department of Ministry of Economy Kabul Afghanistan.

A peaceful and developed Afghanistan where every Afghan is educated, healthy, living above poverty line, have easy access to justice and everyone especially women and children enjoy their full rights and prosperous life.

OUR VISION

Through our interventions, we are empowering individuals, families, women, communities and institutions through Humanitarian assistance, rights advocacy, research, and capacity building, and education, access to justice, promoting peace and income generation facilitation.

LEGAL STATUS

ASLO is an Afghan non-governmental, non-political, non-profit and non-partisan organization and has the status of legal entity. The organization was informally established in 2012 and was officially registered with the ministry of economy of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in 2013.

Ø     تأمین ترانسپورت امن، منظم و بموقع برای کارمندان و فعالیت ‌های سازمان، همراه با نگهداری مناسب وسایط نقلیه.

 وظایف اصلی راننده

Ø     راندن وسایط نقلیه سازمان مطابق قوانین ترافیکی و مقررات داخلی.

Ø     انتقال کارمندان، مهمانان و مواد/تجهیزات به ساحات مورد نظر به‌صورت امن و به‌موقع.

Ø     نگهداری روزانه وسایط (چک کردن تیل، تیل‌ماشین، آب، تایرها، ترمزها و چراغ‌ها).

Ø     ثبت و نگهداری دقیق کیلومتر، مصرف تیل و سایر مصارف مرتبط در فورم‌ های مربوطه.

Ø     گزارش ‌دهی فوری در مورد هر نوع مشکل تخنیکی، حادثه یا جریمه ترافیکی به بخش لوژستیک/اداری.

Ø     رعایت اصول امنیتی و اطمینان از سلامت مسافران در جریان سفر.

Ø     همکاری با تیم لوژستیک در تنظیم برنامه‌های ترانسپورتی و پلان سفرها.

Ø     اطمینان از پاکیزگی داخل و خارج وسایط بطور منظم.

Ø     انجام معاینات ابتدایی وسایط و هماهنگی برای سرویس و ترمیم در وقت مناسب.

Ø     رعایت اصول محرمانگی در مورد کارمندان و فعالیت‌های سازمان در جریان سفر.

Ø     کمک در بارگیری و تخلیه مواد و تجهیزات در صورت نیاز.

Ø     رعایت اصول وقت‌شناسی و آماده‌بودن برای وظایف در ساعات تعیین‌ شده.

Ø     نگهداری اسناد وسایط (جواز، بیمه، کارت ترافیکی) و اطمینان از اعتبار آن‌ها.

Ø     گزارش‌ دهی در مورد وضعیت جاده‌ها، خطرات احتمالی و شرایط امنیتی مسیرها.

Ø     همکاری با تیم امنیتی سازمان در موارد خاص و رعایت رهنمودهای آنان.

Ø     آماده ‌بودن برای سفرهای بین‌ولایتی و شرایط دشوار جاده‌ای در صورت ضرورت.

Ø     رعایت اصول احترام و رفتار مناسب با کارمندان، مهمانان و مردم محل

Ø     حداقل سند فراغت از مکتب متوسطه.

Ø     داشتن جواز رانندگی معتبر.

Ø     تجربه حداقل ۴ سال در رانندگی وسایط سبک یا سنگین.

Ø     آشنایی با قوانین ترافیکی و مسیرهای محلی.

Ø     توانایی در انجام معاینات ابتدایی وسایط و گزارش مشکلات تخنیکی.

Ø     صداقت، وقت‌شناسی و رفتار مناسب با کارمندان و مهمانان.
