Position: Sales Representative – Lubricants & Engine Oils

Etminan Rezayat Ltd. is a trading and distribution company specializing in automotive spare parts and high-quality lubricants. The company is expanding its lubricant distribution network across Afghanistan and is seeking qualified Sales Representatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company’s engine oils and lubricants.
• Identify new customers, retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
• Visit lubricant shops, automotive workshops, and spare parts dealers.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Collect customer orders and coordinate deliveries.
• Follow up on customer payments and outstanding balances.
• Monitor competitors, market prices, and customer demand.
• Submit weekly sales reports to company management.
• Expand the company’s lubricant distribution network within the assigned province.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing.
• Previous experience in engine oils, lubricants, or automotive products is strongly preferred.
• Good knowledge of the local market in the assigned province.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Basic reporting and record-keeping skills.
• Minimum high school graduation; higher education preferred.
• Applicants residing in the relevant province will be given preference.

Education

• Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (BBA) is mandatory.
  • Preference will be given to candidates specializing in Marketing or Sales Management.
  • The degree must be obtained from a recognized university.

Work Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing.
• Previous experience in engine oils, lubricants, or automotive products is strongly preferred.
• Experience working with lubricant dealers, wholesalers, and automotive workshops is an advantage.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of the local lubricant market.
• Ability to identify new customers and expand sales networks.
• Ability to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of sales reporting and payment collection.
• Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned province.
• Good communication skills in Dari and/or Pashto.

Additional Requirements

• Honest, responsible, hardworking, and results-oriented.
• Access to personal transportation (motorcycle or car) is an advantage.
