Cook for Expatriates

Key Accountabilities: 

• Maintain the kitchen with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
• Cook and serve breakfast, lunch and dinner with a variety of dishes for the expatriate staff on daily basis.
• Ensure quality and healthy food is cooked on daily basis
• Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
• Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
• Check quality of ingredients
• Prepare a proper list of ingredients for daily food preparation
• Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages
• Overall responsibilities of the kitchen management.
• Ensure that all food is prepared in a sanitary and appealing manner
• Any other tasks assigned by his/her supervisor

• Can Read and Write, High school degree preferred
• 5 years’ previous experience in the similar role with any Restaurant and hotel is an advantage
• Good Cooking skills of cooking for expatriate/ foreigner staff 
• Ability to keep cooking environment clean
• Knowledgeable in sanitary handling of food and meat
• Physical Ability to stand for long hours
• Capability to write a weekly menu
• Basic English is an advantage
• Ability to prepare and cook menu items according to instructions
• Strong time management skills
• Commitment to quality
