Job Requirements

Responsibilities:  

Administrative Responsibilities:

1. Office Management: Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including maintaining office supplies, handling correspondence and organizing meetings and events.

2. Documentation and Filing: Establish and maintain an organized filing system for important project documents, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality.

3. Travel and Logistics: Coordinate sending medicine and vaccines from central office to regional offices and provincial customer, ensuring efficient and cost-effective arrangements.

4. Procurement: Assist in procurement processes by preparing purchase requisitions, obtaining quotations, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

5. Communication: Facilitate internal and external communication by managing email correspondence, answering phone calls, and handling inquiries.

6. Manage day to day administrative activities actively and accurately.

 

Financial Responsibilities:

 

  1. Preparing cash book and bank book reports and recording in the quick book
  2. Preparing and handling payroll and salary payment process
  3. Giving daily financial and administrative report and submitting it to the director
  4. Preparing appropriate filing system for the company
  5. Replying emails on time
  6. Checking various websites on daily basis and participating in the tenders related to the company scope.
  7. Must be sharp and accurate in all his activities
  8. Prepare financial reports, including income and expenditure statements, cash flow statements, and balance sheets, and provide regular updates to the project team and management.
  9. Providing on time quarter report to the Ministry of finance
  10. Providing exactly and accurately Annual tax report to the MOF annually.
  11. Responsible for clearing the Medicine and vaccines shipments from the Airport customs or Road customs.
  12. Responsible for getting the NOC from Veterinary directorate before each shipment.
  13. Any other responsibility assigned by the director.

 

 

Job Requirements:

1. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in admin and financial roles, preferably in the non-profit or development sector.

2. Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, finance, or accounting or veterinary faculty.

3. Financial Management Skills: Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.

4. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

5. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of Dari and Pashtu is preferred.
