Job Requirements

Education:

  • Relevant education in each sector or experience in relevant field.
  • Higher education in a related discipline (preferred).

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in delivering training in the relevant field with national or international organizations.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of humanitarian and development principles, community empowerment, and protection programming (including GBV prevention and gender mainstreaming).
  • Excellent report writing, analytical, and communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability in project implementation, community mobilization, and stakeholder coordination.

Core Competencies:

  • Strong communication, coordination, and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent training, presentation, and community engagement abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • High level of flexibility, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English and Pashto.
