Organization for Community Coordination and Development (OCCD) established and registered with Ministry of Economy in 2013, is a non-profit, non-governmental, non-political and independent organization. OCCD works in partnership with Government, development and implementing partners in Health, Education, Agriculture and Livestock, Research and Development

• Diagnose and treat a variety of conditions related to the ear, nose, throat, and related structures of the head and neck.
• Perform medical and surgical procedures to treat patients with ENT-related issues such as ear infections, nasal obstruction, hearing loss, and sinus conditions.
• Conduct physical exams and diagnostic tests to assess patients’ conditions.
• Provide guidance and treatment plans for both pediatric and adult patients.
• Educate patients on their conditions and treatment options, including preventive care.
• Collaborate with other medical professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Stay current with the latest research, treatments, and technologies in the field of ENT.
• Provide post-operative care and monitor patients' recovery.
• Perform surgeries such as tonsillectomies, septoplasties, and other ENT-related surgeries.
• Respond to emergencies involving ENT-related injuries or conditions.

1. Education & Qualifications:
   • MD degree
   • Completion of specialization in ENT from an accredited medical institution.
   • Board certification or eligibility in ENT.
   • Valid medical license to practice in healthcare system.
2. Experience:
   • Minimum of 5 years of experience in diagnosing and treating ENT conditions.
   • Proven experience performing ENT surgeries and procedures.
   • Experience working with both pediatric and adult patient populations.
3. Skills & Competencies:
   • Strong knowledge of medical and surgical procedures related to ENT.
   • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
   • Ability to remain calm and provide quality care in high-pressure situations.
   • Detail-oriented with strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
   • Proficiency in using medical equipment and technology relevant to ENT procedures.
   • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
