The Electrical Engineer and Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for overseeing their respective areas of work in the construction and mainetance project. They will ensure that all installations and systems meet quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.

Techicians are to be hired as electricians, generator mechanics, plumbers, lift mechanic, HVAC mechanic, and AC repairing mechanic, 

Collaboration with the project team and contractors will be key to successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Electrical Engineer

1. Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, power distribution, and backup systems.
2. Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.
3. Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues related to electrical installations.
4. Coordinate with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of electrical works.
5. Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and documentation.

Mechanical Engineer

1. Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire suppression systems.
2. Ensure all mechanical works comply with design specifications, safety standards, and local codes.
3. Conduct site inspections to ensure the quality and functionality of mechanical systems.
4. Collaborate with contractors to address any technical or installation challenges.
5. Prepare detailed technical reports and maintain project documentation.

Technicians

1. Installing, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire suppression systems.
2. Conduct site inspections to ensure functionality of mechanical systems.

Qualifications:

For Both Positions:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (for Engineers), and a Technical and Vocational Education Training Diploma (for Technicians.).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in , preferably in construction or maintenance projects.
• Knowledge of local and international codes and standards related to electrical and mechanical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations in construction projects.
