Development Service for Afghan’s Rural Urban Organization (DSARUO) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization that works for humanity in need, with focus on women and children and is formally registered with The Ministry of Economy of Afghanistan in the year 2011 working in various fields of, Wash, Agriculture, Education, Training, Shelter, Protection, Health, Hygienic Programs, Gender Equality, Humanitarian Assistance and Emergency Relief. Development Service for Afghan's Rural and Urban Organization (DSARUO) provided humanitarian and development services for both urban and rural population of Afghanistan with selfless dedication and passion and with complete attention and concentration, attended by many influential and well-intentioned people of the time. Dsaruo has performed, executed and well accomplished several different and various projects on some above-mentioned and afore-mentioned areas of works and projects.
The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness and impact of projects within the organization. This position involves designing, implementing, and managing M&E frameworks, collecting and analyzing data, and providing insights to improve project performance and outcomes. Additionally, the Finance Officer will contribute to the organization's commitment to preventing Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) by integrating PSEA principles into their work.

Master’s or Bachelor degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies and/or in relevant field
Master’s degree 2 years of relevant experience needed with Bachelor’s degree 4 years of experience needed.
At least two years of experience in similar capacity with government or INGO/NNGO’s.
negotiations skills and effective verbal and listening communications skills in English, Dari and Pashto
