Job-oriented Technical Responsibilities
Performing overall receptionist activities for patients clients and visitors
Performing telephonic communication interactions with patients and informing them about appointments
Responding to overall telephonic inquiries of the patients for their appointments and courses.
Directing patients to the appointments/office or doctors as per their requests
Preparing the database and follow-up list of telephone numbers of patients or other external inquiries
Performing other front desk or receptionist activities directed by the management and team
General Responsibilities:
Performing all front disk management of the entity including providing information to clients, telephonic interactions, guidance, and assessments.
assisting and organizing appointments telephonic interactions
Updating the contact database on a monthly basis.
Providing feedback, suggestions, and comprehensive follow-up details to improve the front disk activities
Ensuring the regarded information of every aspect of inter-office activities is taken care of, collected, and forwarded/reported to the manager.
Coordinating the tasks of newcomers, and assisting them.
Activities, also providing technical training for newcomers.
Providing assistance for overall reception and front disk activities
COMMUNICATION:
Fluent in 2 Languages (Dari and Pashto)
Good Communication Skills in the English language
Extensive phone and email etiquette
MANAGERIAL:
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Commitment to rules & regulations, missions, visions, and values of an entity,
Ability to adopt cultural diversities, acceptance, and recognition of Afghanistan and Islamic cultures
Have experience in a call center or reception position for more than one year.
TECHNICAL COMPETNENCIES:
Good command of Microsoft Office (in-depth knowledge of MS. Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Professional front disk expertise, accustomed to telephonic communications.
Good monitoring and registering skills of clients, visitors, and inquiries.
In-depth knowledge contact database, updating and enhancing of the system.
Filing, categorizing, systematic computer management and usage
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business administration or marketing, information technology, public relations, or communications with Experience. High school diploma with experience
