MCC-JCL Aynak Minerals Company Limited (“the Company”) has been incorporated in Afghanistan as a limited liability company on 09 September 2008 under the Corporation and Limited Liability Companies Law of Afghanistan. The registered office of the company is situated in Kabul, Afghanistan.The company was established by MCC Tongsin Resource Limited (“MCCT”) and Jiangxi Copper Company Limited (“JCL”) for the implementation of the Mining Contract for the Aynak Copper Deposit signed between the Government of Afghanistan and MCC-Jiangxi Copper Consortium (“the Consortium”) on 25 May 2008 (effective date 08 September 2008). The Consortium comprises of China Metallurgical Group Corporation (“MCC”) (parent entity of MCCT), and JCL. Under the Mining Contract, the Consortium was granted mineral rights for a period of 30 years to undertake exploration, exploitation, processing, smelting and sale of the Aynak Copper Deposit.
Job responsibilities.
Responsible for vehicle repair and maintenance, ensuring the progress and quality of repair;
2. Regularly carry out vehicle repair and maintenance, keep good records, report abnormal situations to leaders in a timely manner, and do a good job of fire and electrical protection to prevent accidents;
3. Formulate procurement plans for vehicle spare parts, tires, engine oil and other materials;
4. Responsible for on-site equipment maintenance and overhaul: including daily maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment overhaul, etc. of excavators, loaders and other machines."

1. Comprehensive skills, with the ability to repair engines, hydraulic systems, and circuit systems;
2. Experience in driving excavators or welding is preferred;
3. At least 5 years of experience in maintenance of mining equipment (excavators, tank trucks, loaders, forklifts, bulldozers, sprinkler trucks, concrete pump trucks); independent maintenance capabilities are required, including disassembly and installation of diesel engines, replacement of oil seals of excavator hydraulic cylinders, replacement of clutch sets, replacement of brake pads, etc.
