About Afghanistan Social and Legal Organization (ASLO):

ASLO is an Afghan non-governmental, non-political, non-profit and non-partisan organization and has the status of legal entity. The organization was informally established in 2012 and was officially registered with the ministry of economy of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in 2013.

Job Descriptions:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Oversee employee relations, address grievances, and promote positive work culture.
  • Administer performance appraisal systems and coordinate employee development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on HR-related topics.
  • Coordinate compensation and benefits administration.
  • Lead HR projects such as policy development, organizational restructuring, or employee engagement initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to management on HR matters.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in HR management or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
