Action for Welfare and Development of Rural Environment Organization (AWDREO) is a non-governmental, Non-profit, and non-political Organization engaged in Multi-Sector programs in the realms of Education, Livelihood, Community Development, Capacity building, Human Resource Management, Emergency Response health, and WASH.

AWDREO established in 2015, aims to be a catalyst for promoting peace, stability, and development, alongside the government of Afghanistan, by targeting the marginalized. Women, girl’s youth and children, the illiterate, and the poor people in Rural Communities. 

• Managing Funds.
• Correspondence with Donor bodies for finance issues.
• Preparing of project budgets with close collaboration Program Manager for the organization as whole as well as for individual Project along with the proposals submitted to the Donor. 
• Timely and correct preparation and submission of financial statements to the Donor bodies.
• Performing finance analysis, reporting to Director on monthly basis
• Adherence of management policies relating to the finance
• Timely an reliable preparation of annual financial statement of the organization on yearly basis
• Checking the voucher and other supporting documents on daily basis  
• Liaison with Bank 
• Assisting with finance officer in Preparing of bank reconciliation statement,   cash account and related documents.
• Providing any information required by the Director. Donor body or any regulatory body.
• To estimate and monitor expenditures of the project and communicate results with program manager and Director.
• To use software Quick Books, for recording of financial expense and proper report to Director and donor inquiry.

• BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
• Five years of proven work experience with National NGOs
• Knowledge of MS-Office.
• Strong communication skills Both verbal and written in local languages and English
• Have the ability working under pressure.
• Have good skill of accounting and calculation.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting
• A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
• Have proven ability using financial software Quick Books.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
