Position Title: Security Manager

Years of Experience:	Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field preferred.

Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, protocols, and procedures to ensure a safe environment.
Manage and supervise security personnel, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
Conduct regular security risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
Monitor security systems such as CCTV, alarms, and access control systems to ensure proper functioning.
Respond promptly to security incidents, investigations, and emergency situations.
Prepare security reports and maintain accurate records of incidents, inspections, and investigations.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
Promote a culture of safety and security awareness among employees.
Manage security budgets and resources efficiently.
