• Analyze and process quotes: Review customer inquiries, RFQs, analyze requirements, and prepare accurate price quotations based on company guidelines and market factors. 
• Collaborate with teams: Work closely with sales representatives, procurement teams, and product managers to gather necessary information and ensure competitive and profitable quotes. 
• Follow up: Track and follow up on outstanding quotes and address any questions or revisions from clients. 
• Maintain records: Keep accurate records of all quoting activities within CRM or specialized quoting systems. 
• Research and analysis: Conduct market research to stay up to date on pricing strategies and research potential new supplier sources. 

• Analytical and detailed: Strong ability to analyze requirements, conduct cost analysis, and maintain a high level of accuracy. 
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external customers. 
• Technical proficiency: Experience with quoting software, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) is often required. 
• Organization: Ability to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines effectively. 
• Problem-solving and negotiation: Skills to find solutions and negotiate pricing effectively. 
• Background: A background in business, finance, or a relevant industry can be beneficial. 
• Languages: Profecient in English reading and Writting 
• Computer Skills: MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook)
