Job Description - Admin

An admin in a professional company plays a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations by supporting management, staff, and external partners. Their job involves organizing office functions, maintaining records, managing schedules, coordinating communication, handling logistics, assisting in procurement, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Admin acts as the backbone of organizational efficiency, facilitating workflow between departments and helping maintain a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing office communications (emails, calls, and correspondence)
  • Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Maintaining and organizing company files and records
  • Preparing official letters, reports, and documentation
  • Assisting in procurement and inventory management
  • Coordinating with different departments for smooth operations
  • Supporting HR with attendance, recruitment logistics, and onboarding
  • Handling visitors, guests, and customer inquiries
  • Monitoring office maintenance, safety, and supplies

 

Job Requirements:

Professional experience:

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in:

  • Experience in administrative or office support roles
  • Familiarity with document control and record management
  • Experience in scheduling, planning, and logistics
  • Knowledge of basic accounting or procurement procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management software
  • Prior work in corporate, NGO, or governmental settings
