Humanitarian Organization for the People of Afghanistan (HOPA) is established in 2022 is a non-governmental, non-profit organization (NGO) registered under registration No. 5412 with the Ministry of Economy, Afghanistan. HOPA is dedicated to provide emergency aid and support humanitarian assistance for Afghans in various parts of the country. vulnerable, women, men, youth, and children and in particularly social affairs, Agriculture, Health, Reconstruction and Returnees addressing the most urgent needs of the target groups through service provision and advocacy efforts to alleviate poverty and build their resilience.
In order to enhance long-term sustainable development at the community level, HOPA employs holistic and strong people for delivering successful projects, hence working across various sectors with all community stakeholders, while prioritizing the rights and needs of the society. It indicates strengthening the participation of our target groups so that to stabilize planning, implementation and monitoring of HOPA’s projects and the development of local ownership of both progressed process and results, Kabul and Kandahar provinces.

1. Wipe down all furniture i.e., tables, couches, TV’s, lamps, shelves, window/door frames and ledges, etc. Anything that can collect dust;
2. Vacuum the floor and the curtains;
3. Empty trash basket;
4. Make sure there is a box of napkins on the table; (Keep a stock of napkins in the cleaning closet.)
5. Wipe down the glass in the cabinets using Windex;
6. Wipe down water cooler;
7. Scrub/wash the inside and outside of the bathtub, sink, and toilet using All Purpose Cleaner
8. Clean inside of toilet with Toilet Cleaner and brush;
9. Wipe down the mirrors using the Windex;
10. Mop the floors using a mop and All Purpose Cleaner;
11. Keep a stock of toilet paper and liquid soap in the cleaning closet;
12. Wipe down stair railings, shelves, cabinets, window/door frames and ledges;
13. Wash front door and windows in doors using Windex;
14. Refill the heaters as per the request;
15. Clean and check the generator fuel every morning;
16. Fill the generator registration book;
17. Make sure the guest house has fuel for 24 hours in advance;
18. No unauthorized persons enter property
19. Assist Cook and Residents as needed
