Job Summary:
It’s a fulltime job and the position holder would work six days/week. Admin/Finance Associate is responsible for managing and archiving financial documents related to project activities and ensure proper consumption of resources as per project budget and contract. Project admin/finance Associate will work in close coordination with OSID Administration and Finance Department.

Assist in preparing financial reports, cash requests, and budget tracking.
Maintain accurate financial records and proper filing of vouchers and receipts.
Process payments, maintain petty cash, and ensure compliance with OSID financial policies.
Prepare monthly expenditure summaries and submit them to the Finance Manager.
Support audit processes and provide required documentation.
Administrative & HR Responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative tasks, including office operations, logistics, and procurement support.
Maintain attendance records, leave tracking, and personnel files.
Assist in recruitment processes (posting vacancies, scheduling interviews, document verification).
Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and workshop logistics.
Ensure timely communication with field teams, partners, and management.
Support asset management and inventory tracking.
