JOB SUMMARY

The IELTS Trainer at Muslim English Language Institute (MELI) will be will be responsible for preparing students for the IELTS exam by developing and delivering engaging lessons that focus on all four skills: reading, listening, writing, and speaking. You will play a vital role in helping students achieve their desired IELTS scores and reach their academic or professional goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and deliver effective IELTS preparation courses tailored to different student needs and proficiency levels.
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify students' strengths and weaknesses in each IELTS skill area.
• Develop and utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to keep students engaged and motivated.
• Provide students with personalized feedback and guidance to help them improve their IELTS test-taking skills.
• Conduct mock IELTS tests and practice sessions to familiarize students with the exam format.
• Maintain accurate student records and track their progress towards their IELTS goals.
• Collaborate with other IELTS trainers and MELI staff to ensure a consistent and high-quality learning experience for students.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest IELTS testing formats and best practices.
• Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by mutual consultation and agreement.
• Adherence to MELI policies and procedures to ensure a smooth and productive working experience.

• Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager.

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching IELTS preparation courses.
• Proven track record of success in helping students achieve their desired IELTS scores.
• Excellent English language proficiency with a strong grasp of grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
• Have command of both National Languages (Dari & Pashto)
