د افغانی سری میاشتی تولنه په اره لند معلومات 

د افغاني سرې میاشتې ټولنه (ARCS) په 1934 کې تاسیس شوې، یوه خپلواکه، بشردوستانه اداره ده چې د افغانستان دولت لخوا د دولتي ادارو لپاره د مرستندویه په توګه پیژندل شوې. ARCS د ناورین سره د غبرګون خدماتو په وړاندې کولو کې مهم رول لوبوي. د سرې میاشتې قانون د ۲۰۱۶ کال له مخې، ARCS خپل فعالیتونه د بشریت، بې پرېتوب، بې پرېتوب، خپلواکۍ، رضاکارانه خدمتونو، یووالي او نړیوالتوب له اصولو سره سم ترسره کوي. د نورو په منځ کې، ARCS دنده لري چې د ناورین ځپلو ټولنو سره مرسته وکړي، بیړني سرپناه چمتو کړي، او زیانمنونکو خلکو ته د مرستې توکي وویشي. د 7 سیمه ایزو څانګو او 34 والیتي څانګو او د 20,000 څخه زیاتو کارمندانو او روزل شوي رضاکارانو شبکې له لارې، ARCS د یو څو ملي سازمانونو څخه دی چې په ټول هیواد کې پراخ او لاسرسی لري. په تیرو لسیزو کې، ARCS په دې توانیدلی چې خپل بې طرفي وساتي او د منلو څخه خوند واخلي چې ټیمونه یې د جګړې په لیکو کې د اصولو بشري عمل ترسره کړي، په شمول د هغو سیمو په لویه برخه کې چې د وسله والو مخالفینو تر کنټرول لاندې دي. د سره صليب د سرې مياشتې د غورځنګ د ملګرو په ملاتړ – د سره صليب او سرې مياشتې ټولنې نړيوال فدراسيون (IFRC)، د سره صليب نړيواله کميټه (ICRC) او د ناروې سره صليب – ARCS هم پياوړی شوی دی. د دې مدیریت سیسټمونه، طرزالعملونه او شراکتونه د عامه چارواکو په غوښتنه یا د خپل نوښت لاندې بیړنیو حالتونو ته د ځواب ویلو لپاره

معلومات مختصر در مورد جمعیت هلال احمر افغانی سره میاشت 

جمعیت هلال احمر افغانستان که در سال 1934 تأسیس شد، یک نهاد مستقل و بشردوستانه است که توسط دولت افغانستان به عنوان یک نهادخیریه و بیطرف برای ادارات دولتی به رسمیت شناخته شده است. جمعیت هلال احمر افغانی سره میاشت نقش مهمی در ارائه خدمات رضاکارانه و کمک های بشری ایفاء میکند. بر اساس قانون و اساس نامه جمعیت ملی فعالیت های خویش  را مطابق با اصول هفت گانه خویش  بشردوستی، بی طرفی، استقلالیت، خدمات رضاکارانه، وحدت و جهان شمولیت غیر جانبداری انجام می دهد. از جمله، جمعیت ملی وظیفه دارد به جوامع آسیب دیده کمک کند، سرپناه اضطراری تهیه کند و اقلام امدادی را بین افراد آسیب پذیر توزیع کند. جمعیت هلال احمر از طریق شبکه ای متشکل از 7 زون ساحوی و 34 نمایندگی در ولایات میباشدکه بیش از 20000 کارمند و رضاکار آموزش دیده،با همکاری سازمان های ملی و بین المللی با در سطح کشور برای کاهش الارم بشری در طول دهه‌های گذشته، جمعیت هلال احمر افغانی سره میاشت موفق شده است که بی‌طرفی خویش را حفظ کند و از پذیرشی برخوردار است که تیم‌هایش را قادر می‌سازد تا اقدامات بشردوستانه اصولی را در سراسر خطوط درگیری، از جمله در بخش‌های بزرگی از مناطق تحت کنترل گروه‌های مخالف مسلح، انجام دهند. با حمایت شرکای خود مانند اداره محترم - فدراسیون بین المللی صلیب سرخ (IFRC)، کمیته بین المللی صلیب سرخ (ICRC)  و دیگر شرکای خویش تقویت میگردد .

About Afghan Red Crescent Society( ARCS) جمعیت هلال احمر افغانی (سره میاشت):

Established in 1934, the Afghan Red Crescent Society (ARCS) is an independent, humanitarian institution which has been recognized by the government of Afghanistan as an auxiliary to State agencies. ARCS play an important role in delivering disaster response services. Under the 2016 Red Crescent Law, ARCS carry out its activities in accordance with the principles of humanity, impartiality, neutrality, independence, voluntary services, unity and universality. Among others, ARCS have the duty to provide assistance to disaster-affected communities, supply emergency shelter, and distribute relief items to vulnerable people. Through its network of 7 regional branches and 34 provincial branches and more than 20,000 staff and trained volunteers, ARCS is amongst the few national organizations with nation-wide outreach and access. Over the past decades, ARCS has managed to uphold its neutrality and enjoys acceptance enabling its teams to carry out principled humanitarian action across the lines of conflict, including in the large portions of the territories controlled by armed opposition groups. With the support of its Red Cross Red Crescent Movement partners – the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and Partners National Societies like the Norwegian Red Cross – ARCS has also strengthened its management systems, procedures and partnerships to respond to emergencies, upon request of the public authorities or under its own initiative

1. Background: QRCS-AF (Qatar Red Crescent Society – Afghanistan in partnership with Afghan Red Crescent Society) is dedicated to enhancing the livelihoods and resilience of vulnerable populations in Afghanistan through various humanitarian initiatives. The Livelihood Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning, implementation, and monitoring of livelihood projects aimed at promoting sustainable development and improving socio-economic conditions in targeted communities.

2.         Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource requirements, and monitoring frameworks.
• Lead the implementation of livelihood projects in accordance with established project goals, objectives, and donor requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders, including community members, local authorities, partner organizations, and governmental agencies, to ensure effective project delivery and collaboration.
• Manage project budgets, expenditures, and financial reporting in compliance with QRCS-AF and donor regulations.
• Conduct regular monitoring and evaluation activities to assess project progress, identify risks, and propose timely adjustments to project strategies.
• Prepare high-quality project reports, including narrative reports and financial reports, in accordance with QRCS-AF and donor reporting requirements.
• Ensure adherence to humanitarian principles, gender equality, and environmental sustainability in all project activities.
• Provide technical guidance and capacity-building support to project staff and partners to enhance their skills and knowledge in livelihood development.
• Leading assessment, carrying out surveys to select the targeted beneficiaries in appropriate way.
• Following up project implementation activities according to project plan.

4.         Duration and Location:

• Duration: [One year contract starting July 2024, extendable according to fund availability]
• Location: [ARCS Main office Kabul with frequent travel to different provinces of Afghanistan]

5.         Reporting: The Livelihood Project Manager will report directly to projects coordinator at QRCS-AF.

3.         Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in project management or relevant (civil engineering, agriculture, economics), a (preferred master at project management).
• A minimum of [3] years of professional experience in managing livelihood projects or related fields within the humanitarian sector.
• Strong understanding of livelihood development, economic empowerment, and resilience-building approaches.
• Proven experience in project planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience working in Afghanistan or similar contexts with knowledge of local socio-economic dynamics and cultural sensitivities is highly desirable.
• Good background and knowledge of training skills.
• Fluency in English, proficiency in Dari and Pashto is required, Arabic would be an asset.
