Job Descriptions / Responsibilities: 

1. Prepare meals and food items according to recipes
2. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.
3. Clean food preparation areas.
4. Check quality and freshness of food items regularly.
5. Cook and season food according to recipes.
6. Operate kitchen equipment such as broilers, ovens, grills and fryers
7. Give estimate of expected food consumption; requisite or purchase supplies
8. Consult with supervisory staff as regards menu plans.
9. Figure out what quantity of food will be needed for a specified period
10. Ensure that the Kitchen equipment are always in the right condition; report to employer when any fault occurs.
11. Prepare & wash dishes.
12. Sanitize food preparation and serving areas.
13. Perform other tasks as employer requires.
14. Cook must be punctate, active to his job
15. Must have good communication skill, interact and behave in good manner with staff members
16. Sometimes he should be flexible to undertake some extra works and could be cooperative to stay for some hours in the office after official time, when required

- Candidate must be graduated from 12th Grade. 

- Must have at least 5 years of experience in the related field. 

- Must have obtained training in Cooking / Cheif 

- Must be able to know 3 languages. (Pashto, Dari, English)
