GAAC Holding Afghanistan is a subsidiary company of GAAC Holding SPV LTD, a UAE based company of global best in class partners with specialist in airport management and extensive experience working in emerging markets. With circa 1,000 employees in Afghanistan, GAAC provides ground handling and aviation security services in different international airports, including Kabul, Heart, Kandahar and Mazar-e-Sharif.

We are expecting an increase in our operations and for this purpose, we are creating a pool of candidates for different positions listed below.

• Turnaround Coordinator

• Monitors the turnaround process and ensures cabin cleaning, aircraft security screening teams, joining baggage are on track for safe on time departure.
• Informs key departments of any flight specific handling request and ensures they are ready to provide the services.
• Collects incoming documents including load sheet, pax and cargo manifest and GD for filing in OCC.
• Takes the departure time of the flight and passes this to OCC Controller for AODB update.
• Upon aircraft arrival pass the arrival information to OCC Controller.

• Ramp Team Leader

• Ensure that all staff always deliver the highest possible level of customer service.
• Ensuring you and all staff members fully comply with the Health and Safety when carrying out duties
• Ensure all staff operates all ground service equipment in a safe and correct manner, in compliance with airline and airport operating procedures.
• Ensure the Passenger Boarding Bridge is park in the fully retracted position prior to aircraft arrival / departure. In case it’s not, he must notify KBL Tower / HARIROD accordingly.
• Responsible for ensuring the correct loading of aircraft, in accordance with the loading instruction and in compliance with baggage reconciliation requirements.
• To safely process and manoeuvre baggage and property, using baggage systems or any other method deemed necessary.

• QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety and Environment) Officer
• Follow Up safety measurements and protocols.
• Conduct site safety and report.
• Assess risks on site and give suitable recommendations.
• Bring to the attention of QHSE manager any discrepancy not being adequately attended.

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in each field.
• Having Knowledge of ground handling, airport operations and airline industry is an advantage.
• Having airport operations trainings and certificates is an advantage.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English, Dari/Pashto – written and spoken.
