Job Descriptions:

Summary:

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the human resource functions of the organization. This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws, Naqdina policy, Manual and regulations. 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Managment or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in Human Resources and managemen.
  • Strong knowledge of managment, regulations, and reporting standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
