Job Summary

Ariyabod ISP Company is seeking an experienced Administrative Manager who could provide leadership for the Ariyabod staff in Kabul Office. He/She should advise and manage the company on Human Resource system, Sales, Finance, Staffing and administration.

Duties and Responsibilities

Administration:

  • Support the company’s strategic objectives
  • Oversee and supervise the whole teams, including sales, finance and technical team
  • Over see and supervise the customer services provided by team.
  • Encourage and supervise team to make sure they meet their goals and targets.
  • Establish and maintain personnel files.
  • Develop and manage training and development needs of staff
  • Ensure all staff always have adequate access to HR/Administrative policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and uphold staff conduct and discipline and organize regular performance evaluations of all staff.
  • Prepare reports
  • Perform daily tasks based on assigned work plan
  • Maintain productive relationship with the staff and customers
  • Be accountable for other certain works as assigned from the senior management

 

Human Resources system:

  • Cooperate with HR and administration team
  • Implement, review and or update human resource and administrative policies and procedures and ensure they are effective, efficient, fair and transparent, and promote equal opportunities.
  • Conduct regular field travel to project offices to review human resources and administrative procedures
  • Make sure that all HR activities comply with legal requirements
  • Provide guidance to the HR department
  • Manage employee relations

 

Recruitment and staffing:

  • Oversee the recruitment and hiring process
  • Assess staffing needs as required. Identify and recruit new staff including scheduling of contract extensions, new contracts, and necessary terminations.
  • Prepare job descriptions, terms of reference and submission of personnel requisitions in coordination with the senior management.
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.

 

Financial Management:

  • Work closely with the Finance Manager
  • Ensure operational plans and budgets include a plan for human resources
  • Assist in the establishment of a payroll structure and payment procedures

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Leadership, Public Policy and Administration, Business Administration, Economy, or a related field is required. Masters in these fields is preferable.
  • More than 3 years of experience in management/leadership positions is required.
  • Extensive knowledge of labor regulations
  • Complete understanding of the best HR policies, practices, and procedures

Computer Skills:

MS Word, Excel, Access, and internet are an advantage

Language:

  • Excellent writing and speaking skills in Pashto, Dari and English are required.
