Concern Worldwide is a non-governmental, international, humanitarian organization dedicated to the reduction of suffering and working towards the ultimate elimination of extreme poverty in the world’s poorest countries. Currently, Concern has been working in Afghanistan since 1998, when it responded to an earthquake disaster in Takhar province. Currently Concern has been working in Takhar and Badakhshan provinces undertaking both emergency response and long term developmental work in the areas of livelihood security, primary education and Water, Sanitation and Hygiene. 

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Providing health services on community base through FHHs particularly to women during pregnancy, delivery and post-partum phase

ارائه خدمات صحی بر اساس جامعه از طریق FHH به ویژه به زنان در دوران بارداری، ولادت و مرحله پس از ولادت

• Contributing to the provision of efficient and respectful health caring to people particularly women at the age of child bearing and girls.

کمک به ارائه مراقبت های صحی مفید و محترمانه به افراد به ویژه زنان در سنین باروری و اطفال.

• Practicing evidence-based midwifery care through applying her knowledge and skills to meet the needs of women and their families.
• تمرین مراقبت های ولادی از طریق به کارگیری دانش و مهارت های او برای رفع نیازهای زنان و خانواده های آنها.
• Providing high quality reproductive health, family planning, PSS, breast and cervical cancers counseling to the client during their admission to FHH.

ارائه مشاوره با کیفیت بالا در زمینه صحت باروری(ولادت ٬ قبل از ولادت و بعد از ولادت)، تنظیم خانواده، PSS به مراجعین در طول پذیرش در FHH.

• Maintain, update and improvement of professional and personal knowledge and skill to provide quality, acceptable and accessible services to the clients.

حفظ، اپدیت و ارتقاء دانش و مهارت حرفه ای و شخصی برای ارائه خدمات با کیفیت، قابل قبول و در دسترس به مراجعین.

• Providing appropriate supervision and advance care to women during pregnancy, delivery and post-partum phases.

ارائه نظارت مناسب و مراقبت های اولیه برای زنان در مراحل بارداری، ولادت و پس از ولادت.

• Conducing regular meetings with women and their family members regarding FHHs activities, providing health promotion activities and receiving community feedback regarding FHH available services and further services improvement.

برگزاری جلسات منظم با زنان و اعضای خانواده آنها در مورد فعالیت های FHH٬ ارائه فعالیت های ارتقای صحت و دریافت فیدبک جامعه در مورد خدمات موجود FHH و بهبود خدمات بیشتر.

• Provision of regular and scheduled health education to the community members particularly women regarding most relevant health issues (breast feeding, hygiene promotion, family planning, etc.)

ارائه آموزش های صحی منظم و برنامه ریزی شده به افراد جامعه به ویژه زنان در مورد اکثر مسائل صحی مرتبط (تغذیه با شیر مادر، ارتقای بهداشت، تنظیم خانواده و غیره)

• Performing normal and assisted delivery by herself to ensure the quality lifesaving services are available to all.

حمایت ولادت طبیعی و کمکی مادران برای اطمینان از اینکه خدمات نجات با کیفیت برای همه در دسترس است.

• Performing newborn care and services in FHH as per standard procedures.

انجام مراقبت ها و خدمات نوزاد در FHH طبق روش های استاندارد.

• Contributing to the services of basic emergency obstetric care management and referral services in FHH.

کمک به خدمات مدیریت مراقبت های اولیه ولادی اظطراری و خدمات ریفر در مراجع بالاتر.

Emergency/Core Humanitarian Standards (CHS):

• Concern is committed to CHS to ensure downward accountability. CHS standards guide Concern activities in all stages both emergency and development projects /programs. In Afghanistan, we also bounded our activities by Accountability framework and therefore any Afghanistan employees is responsible to comply with CHS principles and benchmarks as instructed by its policies and therefore make sure that all accept and implement CHS standards in all our activities.
• To give full support in relation to emergencies/ humanitarian operations when occurring in any area that Concern Afghanistan will respond. This can include but is not limited to participation in the Concern Afghanistan Rapid Deployment Unit (CARDU) and deployment on emergency response teams.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduated of well-known institute or university of midwifery.

فارغ التحصیل از رشته قابلگی از یک پوهنتون یا انیستیتوت معتبر

• Certified from basic relevant trainings and certifications (family planning, IP, HMIS, PAC etc.).

داشتن سرتیفیکت آموزش های اساسی در بخش های مراقبت های قبل و بعد از ولادت  و تنظیم خانواده٬ سیستم اداره معلومات٬ مراقبت از انتان....

• At least 3-5 years midwifery progressive and proven experience with health services provider national and international NGOs.

داشتن حد اقل سه سال تجربه کاری تایید شده منظم در بخش های قابلگی با مراکز صحی معتبر٬ موسیسات داخلی و بین المللی.

Eligibility:

• Ability to communicate clearly and sensitively with internal and external stakeholders

داشتن توانایی محاوره موثر و واضح همرا ه با همکاران و دیگر افراد دخیل.

• Good communication skills (written and spoken) in Dari

داشتن توانایی مکالمه و مکاتبه با زبان دری

• Should be from the target communities or surrounding villages

Professional Skills, competencies and qualities:

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

تواناییی کار تیمی موثر را داشته باشد

• Skill and ability of HMIS formats registration and report extraction

توانایی و مهارت خوب در راجستر و راپور دهی معلومات صحی را داشته باشد

• Strong cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity

با فرهنگ و حساسیت های مردم آشنایی و احترام کامل داشته باشد.
