JRS, founded in 1980, is an international organization with a mission to accompany, serve, and defend the rights of forcibly displaced people. JRS facilitates involvement by individuals and communities and promotes regional and global co-operation and networking on behalf of refugees.

• The Vocational Training trainer will register the male youth through proper filing system.
• The trainer follows approved syllabus for the training of the participant in motor bike, generator and pump repair training. The training should balance theory and practical sessions based on the level of the participants.
• Trainer develops a detailed plan based on the approved curriculum.
• Ensures the use of the spare parts in most productive manner towards the proper functioning of the motor bike, generator and pump.
• Plan and prepare the daily trainings based on the progress of the trainees.
• Organizing and setting up the training center based on the course work.
• Continuous evaluation of the students to ensure the effectiveness of the course taught.
• Maintain the proper inventory of the things handed over to the trainer/center.
• Arranges internship opportunities for the participants for a duration of a month.
• Guiding students in group and practical work to get better results.
• Providing a monthly report of the activities and achievements of the relevant training to the relevant authorities (Field/Project coordinators).
• Implementation of additional duties in relation to the course work taught.

• Minimum Diploma certificate in the relevent field and Bachlor  degree is given perioriy.
• Minimum two years’ experience in teaching in Motor Bike, Generator and Pump Technician
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to work unsupervised and report back to training center manager and the Program Manager regularly on any matters.
• Ability to plan, organize and deliver theory and practical sessions.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
• Ability to understand and apply applicable rules, regulations, policies and procedures relating to vocational instruction and ethical behaviors.
