Human Medical Laboratories established in 2015 under the brand Name HUMAN LABS® in Kabul Afghanistan. HUMAN LABS® are engaged in providing various kinds of Genotyping, PCR/ Molecular Biology, Histopathology, Immuno Histochemistry, Microbiology, Hematopathology, Chemical Pathology and Routine laboratory testing services. These testing is performed on state-of-the-art technology by qualified pathologist, laboratory scientists and Technologist. Our trained effective customer services people also provide home sampling Collection services for ease and maximum access. The employee has been engaged and has had a great deal of experience in the designated position and subject area of his expertise.

About Position

We are seeking a creative and dynamic individual to fill the dual role of Designer & Outdoor Marketing Officer. This unique position combines responsibilities for developing visually compelling designs with strategic planning and execution of outdoor marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating engaging design solutions while also having a strategic mindset for implementing effective outdoor marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design and Visual Content Creation:

  • Visual Design: Create and design high-quality visual content including brochures, banners, posters, advertisements, social media posting, and other marketing materials.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
  • Creativity and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with design trends and continuously bring fresh, creative ideas to design projects.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.

Outdoor Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement strategic outdoor marketing campaigns including billboards, event promotions, and other outdoor advertising initiatives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify target audiences and optimize outdoor advertising efforts for maximum impact.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of outdoor marketing campaigns, and provide recommendations for improvements based on data and feedback.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute promotional events and outdoor activities to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in graphic design and outdoor marketing. A portfolio showcasing relevant design work is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Creativity: Strong creative skills with the ability to generate innovative ideas for both design and outdoor marketing campaigns.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze marketing data and campaign performance to drive improvements.

Computer skills

  • Software Proficiency: professional knowledge design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) or other relevant tools to produce visually appealing designs.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Pashto, Dari & English in both, writing / speaking.
  • Experience in trainings and capacity building / development of staff is desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Time management skills.
