The Liaison Office (TLO) founded in 2003 as an Afghan non-governmental organization (NGO) that emerged from a Swisspeace pilot project (supported by the Heinrich Böll Stiftung) with the aim of improving local governance, stability, and security through systematic and institutionalized engagement with customary structures, local communities, civil society groups, and government institutions. TLO is based in Kabul, with regional offices in Paktia, Khost, Kandahar, Herat, Mazar, and Nangarhar and additional field offices across Afghanistan. TLO works to achieve its objectives through key program activities: research and analysis, dialogue facilitation for peacebuilding, access to justice and governance, humanitarian assistance, third party monitoring and evaluation, and environment & natural resources management.

• Creation of the methodology and training/workshop schedule, based on the assessment document:
• Interactive, engaging teaching matters ex. Discussions, games, activities.
• Based on the assessment, drafting the methodology and training/workshop schedule and submission to the Empower Together project Team for approval;
• Finalizing the methodology and training/workshop schedule;
• Conducting the 2(two days) trainings/workshops on Propsal writing, Financ and accounting and Project Management:
• Selection of the training/workshop dates in coordination with the Project Management team;
• Based on the adopted methodology and training/workshop schedule, conducting the training/workshop;
• Conduct the evaluation of the training/workshop;
• Report on the conducted trainings/workshops.

• Master/ Bachelor of  BBA/ Master’s  degree preferred.
• 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Good report-writing skills in English
