Women for Justice Organization ( WJO) is a national non-governmental, non-profitiable, non-political and nonsectarian organization established in 2018 to provide social, educational, legal, healthcare and humanitrain support and assistant to affected women, children and their families in Afghnistan. Its mission is to improve the quality of life through health interventions and related activities.

Provision of training for capacity building on counseling skills
- Bachelor's dgree in Psychology and cerified counselor by MoPH
- At least 3-4 years of exprience in psychosocial counseling and MHPSS services
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Trustworthy and compassionate character.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality
- English, Dari, and Pashtu speaking /writing skills
- Local residence from Nangarhar Province
- Preference will be given to local residence applicants
- Observing professionalism and medical ethic at the workplace in relation to clients and health care staff.
