Job Descriptions:

Due to conflict, socio and cultural norm and poor access of communities to health services Kandahar, Helmand and Zabul has become the deprived provinces of the country where people living in hard-to-reach areas have limited access to health service especially immunization. Massive outbreaks of vaccine preventable diseases including measles, pertussis reported from the provinces.  To meet up with the needs with support of our Client the micro plan at provincial level has been revised and the white and unreached areas are identified. Currently the BPHS NGOs in these provinces don’t have the capacity under the HER project to recruit outreach vaccinators and cover the white areas. the need to have adequate and capable manpower to provide routine immunization outreach services at village and community level becomes imperative. With support from our Client, PEMTs and BPHS NGOs will ramp-up its human resource capacity as of Polio support to EPI to strengthen provision of EPI services in Kandahar, Helmand and Zabul provinces.
