Employment with NRC may lead to employment in or deployment to Regions, Countries, Areas or Offices that may be host to considerable health, safety and security risks. NRC Afghanistan country mission seeks to establish and implement MEL systems that will enable improvement of internal management, programme/project performance and evidence-based decision making. Within this context, the roving MEL Officer, is expected to strengthen Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning systems in NRC South area office; and contribute to the overall management of quality MEL data in NRC Afghanistan.
