Job Descriptions:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily operations. The role involves managing schedules, handling correspondence, maintaining records, and performing general office duties to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and skilled in multitasking with excellent communication abilities. Proficiency in office software and a professional demeanor are essential for success in this position.

Job Requirements:

Language Proficiency

  • Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to draft and proofread documents and correspondence in English.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in using computer systems and applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with Internet research and data entry tools.
  • Knowledge of office equipment such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers.

Administrative Skills

  • Ability to organize and maintain files, records, and databases.
  • Experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Skill in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.

Communication Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to answer phone calls professionally and respond to inquiries effectively.
