Job Descriptions:

The responsibility of a web development trainer goes beyond just teaching coding skills. A good web development trainer nurtures a supportive learning environment, inspires creativity, and equips students with both technical and soft skills. Here's a breakdown of key responsibilities:

 

  • Be able to teach: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, backend development, frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Laravel), version control (Git), and database management.
  • Keep students updated on modern technologies, tools, and practices, such as responsive design, APIs, and security best practices.
  • Guide students in building projects to apply what they’ve learned in real-world scenarios
  • Design a structured curriculum tailored to students’ levels and goals.
  • Incorporate hands-on exercises, real-world challenges, and capstone projects.
  • Use interactive teaching methods, such as live coding sessions, group activities, and Q&A discussions.
  • Foster curiosity and creativity by encouraging experimentation with code.
  • Cultivate a classroom culture where students feel safe to ask questions and make mistakes.
  • Provide personalized guidance to help students overcome challenges.
  • Offer career advice, including portfolio building, resume preparation, and interview techniques.
  • Help students develop problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Regularly evaluate student progress through tests, assignments, and projects.
  • Offer constructive feedback to improve coding practices and project designs.
  • Stay updated with standards and emerging technologies.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, web development, or a related field (master’s degree is highly preferred).
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience in teaching Web development
  • Strong understanding of Web Development frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in cross culture context, with report writing skills in English and local languages (Pashto/Dari).
