WHAT WE DO:

Global Partners works in the areas of community development, education and training, health improvement, emergency relief, and refugee assistance.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Job Descriptions:

  • Greet and register all patients upon arrival.
  • Enter patient data into defined database accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain and update patient records to ensure they are current and compliant with regulations.
  • Serve as a point of contact for patients, answering inquiries regarding services, policies, and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare providers, staff, and external parties.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for both electronic and paper records.
  • Ensure confidentiality of patient information.
  • Assist in managing office supplies and equipment, ensuring the clinic runs smoothly.
  • Support administrative staff with various tasks as needed.
  • Address patient concerns or complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Update and visualize data (number of patients, type of disease, follow-up, absenteeism, referral and …) weekly and monthly.
  • Coordinate with Kabul Ambulance as needed and ensure proper engagement and partnership.
  • Schedule relevant committee meetings monthly/every 2 weeks.
  • Attend in LHC meeting and other meetings if needed.
  • Other duties/responsibilities assigned by supervisor.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or Public Administration.
  • Advanced Knowledge of using Ms. Office particularly Ms. Excel.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in similar position with NGOs/INGOs.
  • Working experience in clinic setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational/communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Empathetic attitude towards patients and their needs.
  • Multitasker and detail-oriented.
