WHAT WE DO:

Global Partners works in the areas of community development, education and training, health improvement, emergency relief, and refugee assistance.

 

 

Job Descriptions:

 

  • Administer vaccines to eligible children and women according to the Expanded Program on Immunization (EPI) guidelines.
  • Educate caregivers about the importance of immunization, vaccination schedules, and potential side effects.
  • Conduct awareness sessions to promote immunization and address community concerns about vaccines.
  • Identify and mobilize unvaccinated individuals within the target population.
  • Maintain accurate vaccination records, including vaccine usage and beneficiary data.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on vaccination activities to the supervisor.
  • Monitor and maintain the cold chain system, ensuring vaccines are stored and handled at appropriate temperatures/conditions.
  • Request and track vaccine and supply inventory to avoid shortages.
  • Other duties/responsibilities assigned by supervisor.

 

Job Requirements:

  • At least 12th grade graduate. Graduation from a medical institute (Nursing/Midwifery) is an advantage.
  • EPI 3-months essential certificate and/or other related trainings is a must.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in same position with NGOs/INGOs.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Working knowledge of English is desirable.
  • Experience with using Ms. Office is desirable.
