Rahat IT and Logistics Services is hiring for the following positions in Kabul:

1. Logistics Managers (2) – Manage daily operations, delivery strategies, and team coordination.
2. Customer Service Officer (1) – Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and delivery updates.
3. Riders (2) – Deliver packages on time with a focus on safety and professionalism.

1. Logistics Manager (2 Positions)

Location: Shar e Naw, Kabul
Contract Type: Full-time
Salary:

• Lead Logistics Manager: 18,000 AFN per month
• Associate Logistics Manager: 14,000 AFN per month

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day logistics operations.
• Develop and implement delivery strategies using IT-driven systems.
• Monitor and optimize delivery performance and processes.
• Coordinate with riders and third-party delivery services.
• Ensure timely and secure delivery of goods and services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or operations management.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Fluency in Dari, Pashto, and English is preferred.

2. Customer Service Officer (1 Position)

Location: Kabul
Contract Type: Full-time
Salary: 10,000 AFN per month

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Provide accurate and timely updates to customers on deliveries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve delivery and IT-related issues.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or higher education (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Fluency in Dari, Pashto, and English.

3. Riders (2 Positions)

Location: Kabul
Contract Type: Full-time
Salary: 7,000 AFN base salary + commission (based on delivery performance)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver packages to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure proper handling and security of deliveries.
• Maintain delivery records and coordinate with the logistics team.

Qualifications:

• Valid motorcycle license.
• Knowledge of Kabul city routes.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Previous delivery experience is a plus.
