• Greet and assist patients upon arrival in the OPD.
• Record patients' vital signs, medical history, and current health complaints.
• Prepare patients for examination by the doctor.
• Assist doctors during patient examinations and minor procedures.
• Administer medications, injections, or treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families about prescribed medications, treatments, and lifestyle recommendations.
• Provide post-treatment care instructions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the clinic's system.
• Ensure all documentation complies with clinical protocols and policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the clinic, ensuring infection control standards are upheld.
• Manage clinic supplies and equipment, reporting shortages or malfunctions to the clinic manager.
• Coordinate with other healthcare staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies in the OPD, providing first aid and alerting appropriate personnel.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on nursing practices and clinical protocols.
• Adhere to ethical standards and maintain patient confidentiality.

• Diploma or degree in Nursing or a related field.
• Governmental Exit Exam Certificate
• At least 3 years of clinical experience in a related unit.
• Demonstrated understanding of hospital management issues and the ability to lead and train others in hospital management responsibilities.
• Good interpersonal manner and the ability to build relationship with clinic directors and managers for the purpose of performance improvement.
• Computer literacy skills in standard office programs (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint).
• Team player and capacity builder.
• Flexible, with a positive attitude and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
