HealthNet TPO is a Netherlands based not for profit, non-governmental organization founded on the principle that access to affordable quality health care is a basic human right.  HealthNet TPO in Afghanistan aims to improve the health status of the people in Afghanistan by supporting the local communities and the Government of Afghanistan in the development of a sustainable health care system.  HealthNet TPO is working in Afghanistan since 1994, implementing integrated health projects managed mainly by national staff and supported technically by expatriate staff from the headquarter office. HealthNet TPO Afghanistan is providing Primary Health Care, Mental Health and psychosocial services, fighting malaria and supporting Mother & Child Health Care in terms of providing training for Community Midwifes and to conduct operation research. Health Net TPO is currently implementing projects in 22 provinces and the major program it implements are Malaria Control program,SEHATMANDI projects in four provinces, nutrition,  Mental Health and Psychosocial program through a community system strengthening approach.

The Oxygen Plant Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining oxygen production equipment to ensure the continuous and efficient supply of medical-grade oxygen. This includes monitoring equipment performance, adjusting settings as needed, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Operate oxygen production equipment, including compressors, filters, and storage tanks
• Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments to ensure optimal operation
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform repairs as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Maintain accurate records of equipment performance and maintenance activities
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure the continuous supply of oxygen

• Graduate From 14^th Class Vocational of any recognizable School Graduates of electrical electronics engineering and mechanical engineering are preferred.
• Proven experience working with oxygen production equipment or similar industrial machinery
• Operation and Control - Controlling operations of oxygen plant system.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to oxygen production
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• 2+ years of experience operating and maintaining oxygen production equipment or similar industrial machinery
• Additional technical training or certification in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical engineering, industrial technology) preferred
