Mughal Brothers Construction and Road Buliding Company (MBRCC) is a private company that is established in 2011, supports and successfully completed numerous power distribution (6KV and 20KV) and transmission line (220KV and 500KV) projects in Afghanistan. Currently there are four major running power projects with MBRCC; 1) construction portion of CASA1000 Lot3, 2) Dasht-e-Alwan to Arghandi 500 KV Transmission Lines, 3) Chamtala to Tarakhail Substation 220KV Transmission Line and 4) Arghandi to Buthkhak Substation 220KV Transmission Line.

Office Administrative Assistant will responsible to oversees administration operations across the MBRCC main office. She will also be responsible for coordinating meetings, appointments and directing various administrative activities. She will coordinate office activities and operations while providing clerical and administrative support to the management.

The Office Administrative Assistant will often have to manage the day to day functions and office activities of upper management and senior staff members. The ability to problem solve and multitask as well as communicate with others is essential.

• Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
• Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Assist senior management with agendas, travel arrangements, appointments and etc.
• Provide administrative support with phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
• Update and maintain all trackers and correspondences on daily basis
• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
• Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Assist clerical and support staff with their assigned duties when required
• Prepares agendas, take meeting minutes and make travel arrangement and maintains calendars
• Maintains office supplies inventory
• Maintains records, documentation and files, particularly more complex or sensitive files
• Assist colleagues un on request whenever necessary
• Undertake any other duty/task assigned by the supervisor.
