Aga Khan Health Services (AKHS) is one of the most comprehensive private, not‐for‐profit health care systems in the developing world with community health programs in large geographical areas in Central and South Asia, as well as in East Africa.

The Aga Khan Health Services, Afghanistan (AKHS, A) was established in 2003 as part of the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN). AKHS, A provides health care services mainly on behalf of the government including the Ministry of Public Health’s of Afghanistan’s Basic Package of Health Services (BPHS) and Essential Package of Hospital Services (EPHS). AKHS, A is unique both in scale and scope, delivering critical health services along the continuum of care, from Community Health Workers (CHWs) to ISO certified hospital facilities.

AKHS, A is currently implementing healthcare services in Bamyan, Baghlan, Badakhshan, Kabul and Takhar provinces. The agency’s scope of work includes the provision of primary and secondary healthcare, preventive and curative medical care, Nursing and Midwifery education, Human Resources Development and Hospital Management. As BPHS and EPHS implementer, AKHS, A provides technical support as well as capacity building of health personnel, immunization services, nutrition trainings and the training of Community Health Nurses and Community Health Midwives.

AKHS, A draws on internal and other donor fundings to continue supplementary and complementary support to the national health system. Moreover, AKHS, A has introduced innovations, including, expansions of e-Health services, e-learning initiatives, and cross border arrangements. To promote healthy environment, AKHS, A is also implementing net zero and greenhouse gas emission initiatives.

ارایه و انتشار پیام های اساسی در مورد امراض ساری به خصوص توبرکلوز برای مراجعین بخاطر کشف مریضان احتمال توبرکلوز و واقعه یابی مریضان توبرکلوز.

تقویت سیستم رجعتی و رجعت دهی مریضان با توجه به امکانات دست داشته به مراکز صحی با امکانات خوبتر و بهتر جهت تشخیص و تداوی مطمین، اولویت بخشیدن به مریضان که از طرف کارکنان صحی جامعه به مرکز صحی شما رجعت داده شده است.

تالی، ثبت و راجستر نمودن مریضان مطابق به رهنمود ملی سیستم اداره معلومات صحی و ارایه فعالیت ها در اخیر هر ماه به بخش مربوطه.

اشتراک فعال در جلسات صبحانه، هفته وار هفته وار آموزشی مرکز صحی و برنامه های آموزشی که توسط دفتر ساحوی و سایر همکاران بخش صحت برگزار میگردد و همچنان تدویر برنامه های آگاهی دهی یا تعلیمات صحی به مراجعین و مریضان.

استفاده معقول از سامان و لوازم مرکز صحی و تلاش جهت نگهداشتن سالم سامان آلات طبی و غیر طبی مرکز صحی.

حفظ احترام متقابل با مریضان، مراجعین با توجه به اخلاق طبابت و سایر کارمندان مرکز صحی و ایجاد هماهنگی با شعبات مختلف مرکز صحی، اطاعت از اوامر آمر و سوپروایزر مرکز صحی و پذیرفتن مسؤولیت های اضافی با توجه به بسته ای خدمات صحی اساسی.

اجرای نوکریوالی شبانه مطابق جدول نوکریوالی.

بلند بردن سطح دانش مسلکی و تقویت مهارت ها با استفاده از رهنمود های ملی موجود در مرکز صحی.

خود داری از هر گونه فعالیت، عملکرد، نشر و پخش مسایل سیاسی، مذهبی، نژادی در سطح مرکز صحی و احترام به تمام اصول و باور های انسانی.

پابندی به اصول، مقررات، قواعد و پالیسی ملی وزارت صحت عامه، دفتر مربوطه و رعایت اوقات کاری با توجه به فصول سال، ماه مبارک رمضان،  رخصتی های ملی و مذهبی.

فارغ التحصیل رشته طب معاجوی با داشتن نمره کامیابی((Exit Exam

داشتن دو سال تجربه کاری در بخش مربوطه.

مهارت خواندن و نوشتن به زبان دری، پشتو و سایر زبان های محلی.

داشتن مهارت در افهام و تفهیم.

داشتن سجایای اخلاقی(صبر، حوصله، دلسوزی، محتاط بودن و مراعات نمودن تمام موازین اسلامی).

داشتن مهارت ارتباطی خوب.
