Job Summary: 

A Core Network Engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, optimization, and maintenance of the core network infrastructure that supports voice, data, and multimedia services. This plays a critical role in ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance of the core network elements such as routers, switches, and gateways. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to support new service deployments, troubleshoot network issues, and enhance network efficiency.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintains core network CS/USPP/IMS/STP products (important).
• Be familiar with the commissioning, debugging, cutover, and acceptance of CN products.
• Be familiar with technical support and troubleshooting during engineering maintenance.
• Handles the faults escalated from the front line of CN products. (Management service).
• Upgrades the faults that cannot be handled by the second line of the core network to the third line of technical support. (Management service).
• Performs preventive maintenance of core network products. (Management service).
• Provide optimization suggestions or solutions in accordance with CN problems. (Management service).

• Must have experience in CS/USPP/IS/STP
• Fluency in Dari, Pashto, and English languages.
• Should be familiar with using the computer and the required application.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's Degree qualification or above majoring in Telecommunication / IT / Computer Science / Engineering / or other related technical discipline.
• Experience should be more than 5 years.
