About CCPO (Cooperative and Cooperation with the Poor Organization):
Cooperative and Cooperation with the Poor Organization (CCPO) is a National NGO, which is registered, with the Ministry of Economy and our main office is located in Afghanistan. CCPO is non-governmental, non-profit, non-political, and non-profitable. Its charity and National Organization were established in February 2022 to provide, Agricultural, educational, women empowerment, conducting awareness programs for women, and social & Humanitarian Assistance to needy people of Afghanistan. In addition, special emphasis will be on Humanitarian Assistance, capacity building, community development, and the alleviation of poverty.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement the organization’s strategic plan in alignment with its mission and goals.
Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies to remain effective and competitive.
Report to and collaborate with the Board of Directors.
Operational Oversight:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and high performance.
Establish policies, procedures, and performance metrics to guide and assess operations.
Financial Management:
Develop and manage the annual budget in coordination with financial officers or staff.
Ensure proper financial controls, compliance, and risk management practices.
Identify and pursue funding opportunities including grants, sponsorships, and partnerships.
Team Leadership:
Hire, supervise, and evaluate senior management and department heads.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive organizational culture.
Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for staff.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Serve as the primary spokesperson for the organization.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders including donors, community leaders, partners, and clients.
Advocate for the organization’s mission and represent it at events, meetings, and public forums.
Compliance and Governance:
Ensure that the organization complies with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
Support the Board of Directors by preparing reports, strategic updates, and recommendations.
