Values:
Conduct daily classes for 30 children, following a basic primary-level curriculum.
Teach subjects such as reading, writing, math, and general knowledge in an interactive and child-friendly way.
Create a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Use project-provided teaching materials (whiteboard, books, notebooks, pens) to enhance learning.
Monitor and track students' attendance and learning progress.
Adjust lessons to fit the needs and learning levels of different children.
Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding children's performance.
Work closely with the education team to report progress and share challenges.
Ensure child protection and follow safeguarding policies at all times.
Minimum 12th grade (high school graduate); teaching certificate or training is an advantage.
At least 1 year of teaching experience at the primary level (formal or informal).
Ability to create child-friendly lesson plans and learning activities.
Good communication skills in Pashto and Dari; basic English is a plus.
Patient, kind, and supportive of children from vulnerable backgrounds.
Willingness to work in asylum or community-based settings.
