History of Nuristan ira Private School

Nuristan ira Private School was established in 2019 (1398 in the Islamic calendar) and has been providing quality education and training for its students since its inception. The school offers instruction for both boys and girls from the primary level up to the fourth grade.

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated female Principal to lead our private school in Kabul. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. She must be able to manage school documentation, guide the teaching team, and communicate with parents effectively.

• Proven experience as a Principal in a private school, preferably in institutions like Kardan or similar.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or related field (must submit verified documents).
• Fluency in English, Dari, and Pashto.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Familiarity with government educational regulations and procedures.
• Skilled in marketing, student admissions, and school promotion.
• Ability to handle school documentation and reporting efficiently.
• Patient, problem-solver, and proactive.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
